Her classes often feature a flowing, therapeutic form of yoga suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility, from beginners to advanced students.

Emma promotes self-awareness, health, and well-being, encouraging the integration of yoga into everyday life to foster spiritual awareness and inner peace.

Her sessions typically include a flow of asanas, meditation, relaxation and breathing exercises, providing a comprehensive practice that nurtures both body and mind.

All classes are suitable for all students

No need to be bendy, progress at your own pace

Every yoga journey starts with a single stretch. Be proud of yourself for showing up on your mat today. I’ll see you for the next step of your journey, where we’ll explore some gentle strength-building and toning exercises. Keep stretching, breathing, and most importantly, being kind to yourself. Recorded Video Classes
Access 30 video classes on Vimeo, with additional sessions to be added during the term.  Both gentle stretching, strength and core work.  An opportunity to enjoy your practice at a time of your choice.

Yoga class prices per term (approx 10 weeks)

Package 1 – £12.50 per session (f2f @ the Pavilion)

Package 2 – £13.80 per week (1 Pavilion class per week  + All live Zoom classes + Unlimited video sessions)

Package 3 – £17.00 per week (All Pavilion classes – All live Zoom sessions – Unlimited video usage)

You can book a ‘drop in’ class or a smaller number of classes online or face-to-face

Pavilion Protocol
Students provide their yoga mats & blankets.  Yoga props and sanitiser are provided.  The Pavilion has window ventilation and is regularly cleaned.  If you are feeling unwell in any way, please stay home to protect others.
